Liu Changzhan, Chairman of Keling Light Industry, was elected Vice Chairman of the 13th Executive Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce.

On September 20, 2022, the 13th Congress of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) concluded successfully. Liu Changzhan, Chairman and Party Secretary of Keling Light Industry, was elected Vice Chairman of the 13th Executive Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce).

Wang Ning, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, the Provincial Government, and the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended his congratulations on the convening of the conference and conveyed his sincere greetings to all delegates, as well as to all individuals in the non-public sector across the province and to cadres and staff of federations of industry and commerce at all levels. He emphasized that federations of industry and commerce at all levels throughout the province should closely focus on the theme of “two healths,” fulfill their duties, and play their role in promoting the sound development of the non-public sector and the healthy growth of its members.

“The conference has charted a clear course for the development of the private sector in Yunnan, bolstering businesses’ confidence to expand and grow,” said Chairman Liu Changzhan at the meeting. The Federation of Industry and Commerce serves as a vital bridge between the Party and the government and the private‑sector entrepreneurs, and it acts as an indispensable assistant to the government in managing and serving the private economy. As representatives of the Federation, we must effectively serve as a conduit between the government and enterprises, and be attentive, dedicated partners to private businesses. Meanwhile, private enterprises must steadfastly accelerate their strategic transformation, strengthen the “Four Consciousnesses,” firmly uphold the “Four Confidences,” and resolutely safeguard the “Two Upholds.” They should also rigorously embrace the principle of “dual health” in development and, in step with the times, pursue high‑quality growth.

The new mission inspires us to forge ahead, and the road ahead is long and arduous. Standing at this new starting point, Klin Light Industry, under the leadership of Chairman Liu Changzhan, will earnestly implement the guiding principles of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, embrace new development concepts, uphold the entrepreneurial spirit, remain steadfast in our efforts, press forward with determination, and make fresh contributions to Yunnan’s pursuit of high-quality, leapfrog development!
