According to In accordance with the spirit of Chairman Liu’s remarks and Secretary Long Gang’s recommendations and requirements at the July 25–26, 2023 symposium on Keling Light Industry’s support for rural revitalization in Dongchuan District, on August 30–31, the company’s Supervisory Board Chair, Yang Guowu, together with Li Ke, the Chairman’s secretary, formed a research team to conduct field investigations in Dongchuan District, with the aim of validating the project implementation plan and advancing the concrete steps required for its successful deployment.
Accompanied by leaders including Li Hua, Party Secretary of Tuobuka Town in Dongchuan District; Li Jun, Chairman of the People’s Congress; Luo Jiali, Publicity Officer; Zhang Xuemei, Organization Officer; Li Jiahang, Director of the Project Office; and Jiang Shunchang, Party Branch Secretary of Shujujue Village, the company’s research team conducted on-site visits to the Shujujue Red Army Crossing Memorial Hall for the Long March in Shujujue Village, Tuobuka Town, Dongchuan District; the traditional handcrafted small-bowl brown sugar workshop in Shujujue Village; the brown sugar production facility expanded with funding from the Tuobuka Town Government; and the Dongchuan District Vocational and Adult Education Training Center. The team also held a symposium with Sun Yan, Chairwoman of the Dongchuan District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Shu Tingkang, Director of the District Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, to exchange views.

Through these two research and field‑visit missions, the company engaged in in‑depth exchanges and discussions with the local government and the community, receiving positive and constructive feedback from all stakeholders, and thereby clarifying the direction for Keling Light Industry. The challenges, ongoing tasks, and strategic directions of the “Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalize Ten Thousand Villages” initiative in supporting rural revitalization in Dongchuan District have laid a solid foundation for further enhancing the coordination and precision of our efforts. Moving forward, the company will leverage Dongchuan’s local characteristics and the respective strengths of both the enterprise and the Yunnan–Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce, adhering to the guiding principles set forth by Chairman Liu, to engage in deep‑level cooperation and targeted assistance with Dongchuan District. We will spare no effort to ensure the effective implementation of all initiatives under the Guangcai Program and the “Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalize Ten Thousand Villages” campaign, thereby contributing modestly to Dongchuan’s high‑quality economic and social development and to the comprehensive advancement of rural revitalization.
