On August 13, the fifth session of the Klin Forum, titled “Presentation on Permanent‑Magnet Motors,” was successfully held. The training featured Mr. Xiong Hongtu, a technical expert from Inovance Technology, as the keynote speaker, with all design personnel from the Technical Center and the Automation Control Room in attendance.
The presentation focuses on the core technologies of permanent‑magnet motors, systematically outlining their fundamental principles and classifications to help designers strengthen their theoretical foundation. Drawing on industry trends, it provides an in-depth analysis of the application prospects of permanent‑magnet motors in high efficiency, energy savings, and intelligent systems. Key design techniques for preventing demagnetization and practical engineering approaches are highlighted, while representative industry case studies demonstrate the broad applicability of these motors in industrial drives, new energy, and other sectors. Additionally, from a full‑life‑cycle perspective, the presentation shares management strategies for motor design optimization, operational maintenance, and environmentally responsible recycling.
