Illuminating the Future of Rural Areas—“Kelin Yicheng Bookstore” Officially Opens

On August 8, the “Kelin Yicheng Bookstore,” funded by Kelin Light Industry and jointly built with the Yunnan–Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce, was officially inaugurated in Xindianfang Village, Tuobuka Town, Dongchuan District. This new rural cultural landmark—integrating reading and learning, cultural heritage preservation, and digital empowerment—marks another significant milestone on Kelin Light Industry’s journey of rural revitalization, following the establishment of the “Red Army Crossing Kelin Music Square.”

Since the launch of the “Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalize Ten Thousand Villages” initiative, Kelin Light Industry, in collaboration with the Yunnan–Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce and under the guidance and support of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Dongchuan District Party Committee and District Government, the Dongchuan District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Tuobuka Town Party Committee and Government, as well as the Xindianfang Village Party Branch and Village Committee, has actively served as a bridge and facilitator, establishing and advancing the implementation of the “Kelin One‑Orange Bookstore” project. Groundbreaking for the “Kelin One‑Orange Bookstore” took place on June 13, 2025, and the facility was completed and put into operation in just two months, demonstrating the accelerated momentum of public‑private cooperation in driving rural revitalization.

At the inauguration ceremony, Liu Changzhan, Vice Chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of Kelin Light Industry, stated that the company will remain committed to rural development, leveraging culture to drive rural revitalization. Wang Yaya, Member of the Standing Committee of the Dongchuan District Party Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department, officially announced the opening of the library and, together with Chairman Liu Changzhan, unveiled the plaque. The event also included a key‑handing ceremony, the presentation of plaques, and an awards ceremony, expressing gratitude to the organizations and individuals who contributed to the project’s construction and to the book donations.

Looking ahead, Keling Light Industry will continue to fulfill its social responsibilities through concrete actions, writing a new chapter in its efforts to support rural revitalization with practical commitment and accountability.
