Kelin Light Industry Successfully Held the Fifth Session of the Fourth Workers’ Congress.

On March 14, the Fourth Five-Year Session of the Employees’ Congress of Keling Light Industry was solemnly convened. The meeting aimed to review the achievements of 2024, outline key priorities for 2025, and solicit opinions and suggestions from employee representatives. Company leaders, employee representatives, and heads of relevant departments attended the event.
Union Chairman Wang Jianfeng delivered the 2024 work report on behalf of the union. He provided a comprehensive review of the union’s achievements over the past year and outlined new goals and plans for its work in 2025. Chairman Wang emphasized that the union will continue to serve as a vital bridge and link, delivering tangible benefits and resolving practical concerns for employees while supporting the enterprise’s high-quality development. Duan Ying, Director of the Union’s Financial Audit Committee, presented the 2025 budget review report, detailing the utilization of union funds in 2024. Union funds will be managed strictly in accordance with relevant regulations, ensuring that every expenditure is directed toward serving workers and advancing the company’s growth, all while maintaining openness, transparency, and efficient resource allocation.
During the group discussion sessions, each delegation of employee representatives engaged in lively deliberations on topics such as corporate development, employee benefits, and production safety. The delegates actively offered constructive ideas and suggestions, demonstrating their enthusiasm and sense of responsibility in participating in the enterprise’s democratic management.
At the meeting, Liu Changzhan, Chairman of the company, delivered the 2024 Administrative Work Report on behalf of the company. He provided a comprehensive review of the company’s achievements in production and operations, technological innovation, market expansion, and other areas, and outlined the key priorities for 2025. Chairman Liu emphasized that, in the face of evolving market conditions and challenges, the company will remain committed to an innovation-driven, quality‑centric development strategy, striving to achieve a higher level of growth. In addition, he responded individually to each proposal submitted by the various delegate groups, clarifying the relevant work requirements and affirming that the company will carefully examine and implement the rational suggestions put forward by employee representatives, thereby effectively addressing issues of concern to its workforce.
This session of the Employees’ Congress not only charted the course for Keling Light Industry’s development in 2025 but also further strengthened the cohesion and sense of unity among all employees. Moving forward, Keling Light Industry will continue to unite and lead all its staff in striving to achieve high-quality enterprise growth.
