Kelin Light Industry Hosts Technical Training to Enhance Employees’ Professional Skills

On February 26, Keling Light Industry held a specialized training session on bearing technology in the company’s auditorium. The event featured Mr. Xie Caifu, an application engineering expert from SKF China’s Technical Center, as the keynote speaker, with the aim of enhancing the professional knowledge and skills of the company’s technical center designers and relevant personnel at the branch plants.

The training covers three core modules: fundamental bearing knowledge, bearing life-cycle management, and bearing failure analysis. Starting with the basic principles of bearings, Mr. Xie Caifu provided a detailed explanation of the key technical considerations at each stage of the bearing life cycle—installation, lubrication, alignment, basic condition monitoring, and disassembly. In addition, he thoroughly examined the common causes of bearing failures, categorized failure modes, and outlined preventive measures, enabling participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of bearing operation and maintenance practices.

This training not only deepened the participants’ understanding of bearing technology but also provided robust technical support for Keling Light Industry in its future product design and manufacturing processes. Moving forward, Keling Light Industry will continue to strengthen collaboration with industry-leading companies, offering employees more opportunities for learning and professional development, thereby helping the company maintain a competitive edge in an increasingly fierce market.
