New Strengths Converge, a New Journey Sets Sail—Kelin Light Industry Conducts Employee Sugar-Refining Process Training

From February 13 to 16, Keling Light Industry conducted sugar‑making process training to enhance employees’ professional skills and drive service improvements. The program featured a comprehensive curriculum of theoretical instruction and on-site visits, enabling participants to deepen their understanding of sugar‑making processes through hands-on experience.
During the first phase of the training, Deputy General Manager Song Mingxin provided trainees with a detailed overview of the complete production process, from sugarcane to finished sugar, covering key stages such as raw material preparation, milling, evaporation, crystallization, syrup separation, and drying and packaging.
Following the theoretical training, all participants visited a sugar refinery for an on-site tour. Through detailed on‑site explanations in the production workshops and interactive Q&A sessions, they not only reinforced what they had learned in class but also gained a clear, hands-on understanding of the refinery’s process flows and key aspects of equipment operation and maintenance.
