On December 23–24, the Third Executive Committee Meeting of the 13th National Federation of Industry and Commerce, together with the Conference on Private Enterprises Supporting Guangxi’s High-Quality Development, was held in Nanning. Liu Changzhan, a member of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of Kelin Light Industry, attended the meeting.
The conference elected vice chairpersons of the 13th Executive Committee and vice presidents of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. During the meeting, the “China Private Enterprise Social Responsibility Report (2024)” was released, and updates were provided on the Federation’s theoretical research and practical innovation achievements, as well as on the list of outstanding units in information work and public opinion‑gathering efforts. In addition, exemplary cases from 2024 demonstrating how the Federation has helped optimize the business environment for private enterprises were announced.
Gao Yunlong, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and President of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, delivered an important address, stating that private enterprises across the board should remain confident in pursuing development, grasp the overarching trends of economic growth, fortify their resolve, and forge ahead with boldness and determination, striving to translate all positive factors into tangible development outcomes. They must summon unwavering drive to achieve breakthroughs, ground themselves in the present while securing victory for the future, accurately assess and seize the timing and dynamics of global economic development, proactively explore new markets and emerging sectors, and, amid the tide of high-quality development, strengthen new growth drivers and cultivate new competitive advantages.
