Liu Changzhan, Chairman of Keling Light Industry, visited the construction site of the Menglian Sugar Factory renovation project.

Recently, Liu Changzhan, Chairman of Keling Light Industry, led a team to the Menglian Sugar Factory’s technological upgrading project site for an on-site inspection and research visit, gaining an in-depth understanding of the project’s progress, workplace safety, quality control, and other related aspects. Accompanying him were the company’s Technical Director, Min Yaguang, and Deputy General Managers Wang Yanwei and Liu Wenrui. and the sales company He Jian, Yunnan Regional Manager.

During the inspection, company executives and senior leaders from Menglian Changyu conducted on-site visits to multiple equipment installation sites, listening carefully to project managers’ briefings covering construction progress, safety‑production safeguards, and quality‑control measures. The senior management of Menglian Changyu expressed high appreciation for the Keling Light Industry project team’s tenacious spirit and pragmatic approach under challenging conditions, and fully endorsed the project’s interim achievements.

During his inspection, Chairman Liu Changzhan emphasized that the Menglian Sugar Mill’s technological upgrade project is one of the company’s key undertakings, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s brand image and market competitiveness. He set forth specific expectations for the project team, urging them to maintain high morale, uphold a pragmatic work style, and ensure the project is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards. At the same time, he underscored the critical importance of workplace safety and quality control, calling on all personnel to remain vigilant at all times, strictly adhere to safety regulations, and strengthen on-site safety management to guarantee accident-free construction.

In terms of quality control, Chairman Liu Changzhan has instructed the project team to adhere strictly to construction codes and drawing specifications, ensuring that every stage of the project meets the highest quality standards. He has also emphasized the importance of strengthening inspection and acceptance procedures to guarantee that the work complies with design requirements.

This field visit not only provided company leadership with a more comprehensive understanding of the project’s actual progress but also outlined the key priorities for the project team moving forward.
