Excellence in Work and Innovation-Driven Progress: A Tribute to Comrade Liu Bo, the 2023 Model Worker of Keling Light Industry

On July 1, 2024, at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Fourth Term of the Trade Union and on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the 55th anniversary of the establishment of Kelin Light Industry, and the company’s annual staff conference, Comrade Liu Bo, Director of Design Department No. 3 at the Technology Center, was honored as Kelin Light Industry’s Model Worker for 2023.

He is both bold and skilled in management; even with a small team and a heavy workload, he has consistently led the entire Design Room 3 to deliver design projects on time, to the required quality, and in full compliance with company and departmental standards. His strong leadership and sense of responsibility have not only ensured the team’s efficient operation but have also set a commendable example for his colleagues.

In terms of innovation, Comrade Liu Bo has demonstrated a bold spirit of experimentation and a willingness to break new ground. He actively participates in the company’s development of new products and the application of cutting-edge technologies. In 2019, amid an external environment characterized by both risks and opportunities, he responded to the company’s call to rise to challenges and vigorously advance its strategy for developing microbial application technologies, leading his team. The development, rectification, and optimization of the bio‑treatment unit series have been completed. ； In 2023, he led his team to successfully complete the development of a new 40–80 t/h bagasse‑drying system, assuming full responsibility for both the system’s preliminary design phase and the subsequent rollout of the new product. These innovative achievements not only elevated the company’s technological capabilities but also injected fresh momentum into its market competitiveness.
