A Symphony of Rural Revitalization Resounds Along the Jinsha River—The “Red Army Crossing Kelin Music Plaza” Officially Opens

On June 29, the completion and inauguration ceremony for the “Hongjun Du Kelin Music Plaza,” part of Kelin Light Industry’s “Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalize Ten Thousand Villages” rural revitalization assistance project, was held at the Shuji Red Army Crossing in Dongchuan District, Kunming.
Since the launch of the “Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalize Ten Thousand Villages” initiative by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Kelin Light Industry has responded enthusiastically and implemented the program swiftly. Based on thorough research and coordinated consultations, it signed with Dongchuan District a Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Pairing Assistance for Rural Revitalization, under which four support projects were included—among them the “Kelin Music Plaza Project at Shujue Red Army Crossing in Tuobuka Town.” In collaboration with the Yunnan Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce and the Yunnan Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce, Kelin contributed RMB 3 million to build the “Red Army Crossing Kelin Music Plaza” in Shujue Village. The project broke ground in December 2023 and was completed and put into operation after 180 days, fully demonstrating the corporate and chamber of commerce commitment to national interests and their sense of responsibility.
At the inauguration ceremony, Gao Feng, Vice Chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, together with Long Gang, Secretary of the Dongchuan District Party Committee, unveiled the plaque for the “Red Army Crossing Kelin Music Square.” Liu Changzhan, Member of the Executive Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, President of the Yunnan Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Kunming Kelin Light Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd.; Xing Liyuan, President of the Yunnan Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Yunnan Zhongzhou Sponge City Building Materials Co., Ltd.; and Li Guangyin, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Yunnan Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce, handed over the project to Huang Yongxian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Town Mayor of Tuobuka Town, Dongchuan District, Kunming. Meanwhile, Li Hua, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tuobuka Town, Dongchuan District, Kunming, presented commemorative banners to Liu Changzhan of Kunming Kelin Light Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd., Li Guangyin, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Yunnan Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce, and Xing Liyuan, President of the Yunnan Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce.
The completion and inauguration of the “Red Army Crossing Kelin Music Square” marks a solid step forward for Dongchuan District in fostering the integration of culture and tourism and advancing rural revitalization, and it also represents a significant achievement of Kelin Light Industry’s proactive response to the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce’s “Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalize Ten Thousand Villages” initiative. The square’s construction will further enhance the appeal and influence of local red tourism, driving cultural revitalization in rural areas and boosting regional economic development. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Kunming Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Dongchuan District Party Committee and District Government, the Dongchuan District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Tuobuka Town Party Committee and Government, as well as the Shuji Village Party Branch and Village Committee, for their guidance and support throughout the project’s implementation.
