Liu Changzhan, Chairman of Keling Light Industry, was invited to attend the symposium on the theme “Financial Services for Enterprises: End-to-End Consulting to Facilitate Project Implementation.”

On the morning of May 10, a symposium titled “Financial Services for Enterprises: End-to-End Consulting to Facilitate Project Implementation” was solemnly held at the Lianyun Hotel in Kunming. The event was co-hosted by the China Finance Research Center of the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University and the Yunnan Provincial Association of Dian Merchants, and organized by Zhongde Gaolu Consulting (Yunnan) Co., Ltd., an enterprise affiliated with the Directly Affiliated Construction Primary-Level Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association. Liu Changzhan, Chairman of Klin Light Industry, attended the symposium upon invitation and delivered a speech.

At the conference, Chairman Liu stated that, as China’s financial sector continues to evolve and the nation’s aspirations for building a financially strong country grow ever more ambitious, prioritizing the development of technology‑driven finance and green finance has become a pivotal focus for Yunnan Province’s economic and social progress, as well as for its financial reform and opening-up. He called on the government to strengthen policy support and guidance, enhance inter‑departmental coordination, and provide robust backing for the innovative development of technology‑based enterprises, thereby fostering high‑quality, sustainable economic growth in Yunnan.

Looking ahead, Keling Light Industry will continue to foster multi‑party collaboration, jointly explore the application of financial intelligence in corporate development, and pioneer a full‑lifecycle project management model. These efforts will help bring more major projects to fruition, enhance the quality and efficiency of Yunnan’s investment promotion, and contribute to the realization of the “3815” strategic development goals.
