The company has been awarded the “Double Hundred” honor at the 8th Yunnan Provincial Private Enterprise Awards.

　　(Reported by this newspaper) On March 25, 2019, the People’s Government of Yunnan Province issued a notice commending the eighth cohort of “100 Outstanding and Strong Private Enterprises in Yunnan Province” and “100 Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in Yunnan Province.” Klin Light Industry was honored with the title of “100 Outstanding and Strong Private Enterprises in Yunnan Province” for the eighth time, and the company’s Chairman Liu was named one of the “100 Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in Yunnan Province” for the eighth time.

　　The commendation notice stated that in 2018, the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government conscientiously implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, upheld the principle of “unwaveringly upholding both the public and non-public sectors,” continuously strengthened policy support, fostered a favorable business environment, and promoted the steady and sound development of the private sector. Across the province, the private economy has grown from small to large and from weak to strong, making significant contributions to economic growth, transformation and innovation, employment stability, and improvements in people’s livelihoods. A large number of outstanding private enterprises and entrepreneurs have emerged, and the private sector has become a vital driving force behind the province’s economic and social development.

　　To further bolster the confidence of private enterprises, foster a favorable social environment that encourages private entrepreneurs to pursue innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote the high-quality development of the private sector in our province, the Provincial People’s Government has decided to confer the title of “Top 100 Outstanding Private Enterprises of Yunnan Province” on 100 private enterprises, including Kunming Kelin Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., and to award the title of “Top 100 Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs of Yunnan Province” to 100 private entrepreneurs, including Liu Changzhan.

　　The notice urges the private enterprises and entrepreneurs honored to cherish their accolades and continue achieving outstanding results. All private enterprises and entrepreneurs across the province are encouraged to learn from the recognized entities and individuals, strengthen their confidence in development, enhance the quality of growth, and focus on bolstering their innovation capacity and core competitiveness, thereby making greater contributions to advancing our province’s high‑quality, leapfrog development. The company was invited to participate in a study tour to the Netherlands and Germany, organized by the China National Light Industry Machinery Association.

　　(Reported by this newspaper) From March 31 to April 6, 2019, a delegation from the China National Light Industry Machinery Association paid an official visit to the Netherlands and Germany for study and exchange. The delegation comprised 21 representatives—senior executives from companies in the food‑processing, laundry‑equipment, sugar‑processing, paper‑making, and thermal‑energy equipment sectors, as well as from research institutions specializing in automatic control. Mr. Liu, Chairman of our company, and Mr. Liu Wenrui, Manager of the International Business Department, were invited to participate in the visit.

　　The primary focus of this visit was to attend the 2019 Hannover Messe. This year’s fair drew 6,500 renowned companies from 75 countries and regions, attracting a total of 225,000 visitors, underscoring its substantial scale and influence. As the largest exhibiting country outside Germany, China was represented by 1,200 enterprises. With the theme “Industry Integration—Industrial Intelligence,” the 2019 Hannover Messe centered on building an international platform for Industry 4.0 in the era of industrial intelligence.

　　The two-day Hannover Messe provided the delegation with a glimpse of the world’s cutting-edge industrial innovations and forward‑looking development concepts. At the fair, leading global companies across various sectors—including Siemens, BOSCH, igus, Festo, SEW, FANUC, Huawei, Haier, and APOLLE—showcased their latest technologies and products in dedicated zones such as Integrated Automation and Drive Technology, Digital Factory, Energy, Compressed Air and Vacuum Technology, Industrial Components and Subcontracting, and Research and Technology. During the event, Chairman Liu engaged in in-depth technical discussions with numerous exhibitors, which will help the company broaden its horizons and generate fresh ideas for future technological innovation and global collaboration, while also opening up new avenues for partnerships and growth opportunities in its ongoing international endeavors.

　　The delegation also paid visits to the Netherlands Packaging Association (NVC), Volkswagen’s commercial vehicle production line in Germany, the German Institute for Standardization (DIN), and the Berlin School of Brewing (VLB), among other manufacturing and R&D institutions and specialized educational establishments.

　　This visit achieved its intended objectives and was a complete success. Members of the delegation unanimously stated that, through their visits and study tours, they gained a clearer understanding of the gaps between their own capabilities and those of leading counterparts, while also expressing strong confidence in the future development and advancement of China’s industrial sector. Moving forward, they will make active contributions to the growth of China’s national industries and to the enhancement of technological standards.
