Syrup filtration machines help sugar manufacturers enhance product quality.

The syrup filtration machine is a new type of filtration equipment developed over more than a year by the company, with the dedicated efforts of numerous sugar‑processing and equipment engineers. Completed in March 2020, it underwent more than a month of real‑world production testing at a sugar mill, during which its control logic proved sound and its mechanical structure operated safely and smoothly. All key production parameters met the design specifications, while syrup quality metrics showed marked improvement, resulting in a significant enhancement in the final sugar product quality.

Due to the significant improvements in sugar‑mill product quality achieved by the trial run, during the 2020–2021 crushing season, several mills—including Yingmao and Kangfeng—were among the first to adopt this new type of syrup filtration equipment, using it to enhance key parameters such as insolubles, ash content, and turbidity. Compared with pre‑implementation production metrics, the results were highly favorable: insolubles in the final product decreased by more than 50%, while ash and turbidity levels also declined; the proportion of premium‑grade products increased markedly. As a result, the mill’s products gained favor among numerous high‑end sugar users, securing greater profitability.
