The company’s Youth League Committee hosted a speech contest on the theme “I and the Enterprise: Growing Together.”

As one of the series of events commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the “I Grow with the Enterprise” Young Employees’ Speech Contest was held on the afternoon of June 25 in the first-floor auditorium of the company headquarters. Eight contestants from various departments and positions took part, while members of the company’s Party Committee, administrative leadership, and Youth League Committee attended as judges. With vivid language and heartfelt emotion, the speakers expressed their deep love for the enterprise and their dedication to their posts, conveying their enthusiasm and confidence in advancing and developing alongside the company. The speech contest served as a bridge, helping young employees gain a better understanding of the company’s history, enrich their extracurricular cultural life, and strengthen their sense of belonging. At the same time, it provided a platform for young staff to showcase their talents and push beyond their limits.

After fierce competition and deliberation by the judging panel, Wei Chengjin from the Foundry Youth League Branch won first place with his speech titled “United in Heart, Together ‘Forge’ to Overcome Challenges,” drawing on his personal experiences and the realities of his time working at the plant to convey a steadfast confidence in treating the company as home and pursuing shared growth. Pu Zhixiong from the Riveting and Welding Youth League Branch took second place with his speech, “A Century of Trials and Triumphs, Setting Sail on a New Journey.” Fu Fei from the Administrative Organs Youth League Branch earned third place with his video‑based presentation, “Witnessing Crilin’s Turbulent Times, Seeking Wings of Hope.” The remaining five contestants received honorable mentions: Xiao Birong from the Administrative Organs Youth League Branch with “Building Dreams at Crilin, Striding Forward Amidst the Waves”; Xie Lanlan from the same branch with “Making Crilin Our Home, Marching Toward Tomorrow”; Yan Ziyang from the Metalworking Youth League Branch with “Crilin Accompanies My Growth”; and Li Meng from the same branch with “Fifty Years of Steadfast Progress Through Wind and Rain, Writing a Chapter of Innovation Through Perseverance.”

After the competition, Liu Changzhan, Chairman of the company, presented awards to the winners and posed for a group photo with them. Amidst the applause of the attendees and accompanied by the opening music “She Is My Sin,” the speech contest came to a successful close.
