2021 Recertification of the Quality Management System

Supervisory Audit of the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management System

　　 On November 22, 23, and 24, 2021, Beijing Zhongda Huayuan Certification Center Co., Ltd. dispatched two auditors to conduct a three-day on-site integrated audit of our company’s quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems. This on-site audit marked the eighth recertification of our quality management system and the surveillance audits of our environmental and occupational health and safety management systems, serving as evidence of the continued compliance of our management systems with the relevant standards.

　　 During the audit, the Fumin County Market Supervision Bureau conducted a review of Beijing Zhongda Huayuan Certification Center Co., Ltd. and the qualifications of the on-site auditors, confirming that they met national requirements for system certification and auditing. The bureau also supervised the on-site audit process. The auditors carried out rigorous, meticulous sampling audits across all departments and processes covered by our company’s management systems, with full cooperation from all functional departments.

　　 Following an on-site audit, the expert review panel recommended that Beijing Zhongda Huayuan Certification Center Co., Ltd. grant our company certification for the Quality Management System and maintain certification for the Environmental Management System and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. On December 3, 2021, Beijing Zhongda Huayuan Certification Center Co., Ltd. issued a certificate of conformity for the Quality Management System and renewed the certificates for the Environmental Management System and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
