Kelin Light Industry Successfully Held Its 2021 Year-End Summary Meeting.

On January 8, the company held its 2021 Work Summary Meeting in the auditorium on the sixth floor of the Fumin Branch. The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Liu Wenrui, with work presentations delivered by Chen Qiao, Deputy Director of the Finance Department, and Li Yaoxiang, Deputy Director of the Administration Department. Comrade Liu Changzhan, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of the company, delivered a speech and presented awards to the cadres. Also in attendance were Yang Guowu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Vice Chairmen Jiang Yun, Dai Yuelin, and Wang Xiaoping; Assistant to the Chairman Liu Zhiyi; Deputy General Managers Wang Zheng, Wang Yanwei, Song Mingxin, Liu Wenrui, and Feng Guanglei; as well as management personnel from all departments, senior technicians, branch union chairpersons, and Youth League branch secretaries.
At the meeting, Chen Qiao, Deputy Director of the Finance Department, compiled and summarized the various types of invoices and reimbursement issues encountered in the company’s daily operations, providing a detailed explanation. She identified common challenges in the reimbursement process and outlined corresponding solutions and compliance requirements. Meanwhile, Li Yaoxiang, Deputy Director of the Administration Department and Director of the Information Center, used a well‑crafted, comprehensive PowerPoint presentation to outline the company’s digital transformation goals, highlighting its future direction toward greater informationization and intelligent development, earning unanimous applause from the attendees.
Subsequently, Chairman Liu delivered a summary report on the company’s performance in 2021. He began by analyzing the global and Chinese sugar industries against the backdrop of the COVID‑19 pandemic and the U.S.–China trade war, commended the company’s achievements in 2021, and identified existing challenges and shortcomings. He emphasized that in 2022, priority should be given to several key areas: first, all departments must earnestly fulfill their responsibilities, align with identified issues and strategic objectives, promptly adjust their approaches, pay close attention to detail, implement concrete measures, and make every effort to ensure the successful completion of the year’s goals and tasks; second, continue to strengthen the company’s innovation capacity by deepening foundational capabilities and advancing into the mid- to high‑end segments; and third, expedite the revision and promulgation of various management systems, the establishment and refinement of system‑wide standards, the development and enhancement of a laboratory spare‑parts inventory, the organization of specialized seminars and training sessions, as well as product promotion activities.
Finally, Director Liu presented awards to the cadres.
This conference is both a showcase and a platform for sharing the hard‑won achievements of all our employees over the past year, while also charting a clear course for the company’s future growth and operations. In 2022, we will strengthen our foundations, seize opportunities, and, as always, uphold the spirit of bold determination and relentless progress, propelling Keling Light Industry into a new phase of development!
