All employees of the plant enthusiastically participated, forming eight competing teams for the event, with approximately 120 contestants. Despite the inclement weather that afternoon, the athletes’ competitive spirit remained undiminished. Before the competition began, the participants were eager and eager to practice their events, racing against the clock, and diligently completing pre‑match warm‑ups and other preparations.

2021 Following the conclusion of the year’s busy production peak, in order to enrich employees’ cultural lives, foster communication and collaboration across departments, and showcase Kelin’s energetic and spirited corporate ethos, the company hosted the Kelin Light Industry 2022 Employee Fun Sports Meet on the afternoon of January 21, 2022, at the Fumin Plant.

All factory employees enthusiastically participated, forming eight competing teams for the event, with approximately 120 contestants. Despite the inclement weather that afternoon, the athletes’ enthusiasm remained undiminished. Before the competition began, the participants were in high spirits, racing against the clock to practice their events and diligently completing pre‑match warm‑ups and other preparations.

2022 On January 21 at 2:00 p.m., the Keling Light Industry 2022 Employee Fun Sports Meet, organized by the company’s Party, Administration, Trade Union, and Youth League, and hosted by the Trade Union and the Youth League Committee, was solemnly held at the Fumin Plant.

This fun sports event has established a Competition Organization and Coordination Group, a Referees’ Panel, and a Logistics Support Team, which will be responsible for organizing and overseeing all activities. The participating teams are: Metalworking Plant Team 1, Metalworking Plant Team 2, Riveting and Welding Plant, Foundry Plant, Technical Center, Fumin Comprehensive Management, General Management, and Engineering Sales. Each team will receive a team‑building fund of RMB 1,000, allocated by the company’s trade union. Prizes will be awarded to the top four finishers in each event, with the following amounts: RMB 500 for first place, RMB 400 for second place, RMB 300 for third place, and RMB 200 for fourth place.

This event showcased the healthy, civilized, and upbeat spirit of all employees at Kelin Light Industry, fostered a sense of teamwork, strengthened cohesion, and enhanced mutual exchange and communication across departments. At the conclusion, employees unanimously expressed their determination to approach their work with even greater enthusiasm, surmount challenges, and join forces to achieve new successes.
