The ecological brown sugar project in Leizhou City, Guangdong Province, has commenced production smoothly.

2021 In December of this year, Klin Light Industry supplied the Jintian Food Processing Plant in Kelu Town, Leizhou City, with a complete set of sugarcane pre-processing and crushing equipment, primarily for the pretreatment and crushing of raw sugarcane in the 300 TCD eco-friendly brown sugar cooperative cultivation project.

The project is located in Maizai East Village, Kelu Town, Leizhou City, Zhanjiang Province, covering an area of approximately 25 mu, with a construction period of one year.

After one month of intensive construction, a total of 25 pieces of equipment and auxiliary systems—including the cane‑conveying machine, slicing and shredding machine, cane‑layer‑leveling machine, screw conveyor, drum‑type juice screen, drum‑screen platform, TSG360×620 press, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling water piping, permeate‑hot‑water tank, permeate‑juice tank, cane‑juice tank, mixed‑juice tank, cane‑juice connecting trough, intermediate conveyor, bagasse chute, permeate‑water spray nozzles, cane‑juice trough, process pipelines and valves, as well as electrical equipment and cables—were completed and commissioned on January 28, 2022.

2022 At 10:00 a.m. on February 11, the project commenced operations smoothly. Upon completion, it is expected to create more than 100 jobs and increase local rural collective income by approximately RMB 1.42 million annually. At the same time, it will encourage surrounding farmers to cultivate sugarcane, thereby playing a positive role in advancing the national Rural Revitalization Strategy, enabling private enterprises to contribute to rural revitalization, and building a new socialist countryside.
