　On March 1, 2022, leaders and experts from the Guangzhou Institute of Sugar Research of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences and the National Sugar Quality Inspection Center paid a visit to the Keling Light Industry production base for an exchange.

　　Chairman Liu Changzhan, Deputy General Manager Wang Yanwei, Chief Engineer Li Tianyi, Chief Electrical Consultant Feng Yun, Director of the Technology Center Li Dehai, and Deputy Manager of Nanning Kelin Company Zhang Zhongyi accompanied the visit and provided an overview of the company’s development history, product R&D, and technological innovation.

　　Chairman Liu Changzhan stated that Keling Light Industry has consistently pursued technological innovation. In recent years, it has undertaken technical development and upgrades of equipment and automated control systems across all sections of production lines at large-scale sugarcane sugar mills, comprehensively enhancing the overall integration capabilities of its sugar‑making equipment to a capacity of 20,000 tonnes of cane per day, thereby filling multiple technological gaps in both domestic and international sugar‑making machinery.

　　Director Gao Yufeng and Secretary-General Guo Jianxiong fully commended and praised Keling Light Industry for its contributions to China’s sugar industry. The two sides engaged in an in-depth exchange on future development trends, technological innovation, and potential cooperation, reaching a high degree of consensus on collaborative efforts in sugar‑processing equipment and bioengineering.

　　Chairman Liu Changzhan stated that, going forward, Keling Light Industry will closely align with national policy guidance, actively collaborate with the Guangzhou Institute of Sugar Research of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences and the National Sugar Quality Inspection Center to strengthen technological cooperation, and thereby promote the long-term, stable development of China’s sugar industry.
