To celebrate the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to guide Party members and cadres in revisiting the Party’s history and carrying forward its fine traditions, and to inspire all employees to forge ahead with vigor and carry on the legacy, the “Welcoming the 20th CPC National Congress: Keling Hearts Turn to the Party” photography contest for Keling Light Industry staff was launched in October 2022. Hosted by the company’s Party Committee and co-organized by the Administration, the Trade Union, and the Youth League, the event received enthusiastic support and active participation from all employees. Over the course of one month, 43 employees entered the competition, submitting more than 180 photographic works. In early November, after careful review and voting by the judging panel, 81 shortlisted entries were selected; these were then displayed on exhibition panels in the first-floor lobby of the Fumin Plant’s Comprehensive Building and in the first-floor lobby of the headquarters office area.
This photography contest not only provided a platform for employees with a passion for photography to fully showcase their talents, but also boosted their work enthusiasm and highlighted the spirit of Kelin employees—determined to overcome challenges, forge ahead with perseverance, and boldly explore new possibilities. The submissions captured vivid moments in Kelin Light Industry’s development and transformation, while also reflecting the employees’ hopeful vision for a brighter future. The company’s Party Committee will continue to guide all staff in steadfastly heeding the Party’s call and following its leadership, constantly enhancing their skills and competencies, and sharing in the fruits of reform and development.
